Fresh pasta made with cereals that come from 100% Italian mills. Water, eggs and flour are transformed into high quality filled pasta, lasagne sheets or unfilled pasta. All strictly extruded through bronze dies so that the surface of the pasta remains rough and textured. In this way, it absorbs and captures whatever sauce you dress it with as well as maintaining its consistency throughout the cooking process. The way pasta should be made!
