What makes us so special? We are one of the few producers that still uses the traditional “trafilatura al bronzo” method of production. This means that all of our pasta is extruded through bronze dies and gives our pasta a subtly rougher texture. This allows sauce to adhere to the pasta surface.
We produce a wide range of products including our gluten free range an organic range ,as well as organic-vegan and gourmet ranges. And then we have all of the traditional, delicious classics in both filled and unfilled ranges.
