We invite you to discover the delicious panzerotti with baccalà mantecato and the tasty panzerotti with salmon..

Two specialities, in 250 g packs, created in partnership with the prestigious ‘Saòr Del Mar’brand, which has always been a guarantee of selected quality. The baccalà mantecato (il Gadus Morhua!) is prepared according to Veneto tradition, using only fresh and genuine ingredients: stockfish, oil, milk, salt, and pepper. The salmon panzerotti, on the other hand, are prepared with the inimitable Norwegian salmon and, the sauce, is without added glutamate.

 From the best star chefs, De Angelis and ‘Saòr Del Mar’, a gourmet collection inspired by traditional Italian and regional recipes has taken shape: fresh rolled pasta embellished with creamy and tasty fillings made as in the past, without preservatives and with the finest ingredients.
