Video recipes ingredients:
- 300 g 00 flour
- 2 eggs
- 120 g powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1 lemon
- 180 g cold butter
- 160 g granulated sugar
- 150 g almonds
- 130 g candied citron
- Sassolino-type liqueur
- 250 g fresh egg noodles
- Icing sugar
Procedure:
- Prepare the shortcrust pastry by mixing powdered sugar, flour , half the butter, grated lemon peel, baking powder and the 2 eggs
- Chop the almonds and citron with the granulated sugar
- Roll out the shortcrust pastry and line a 20-cm mold
- Wet the noodles with the liqueur and create a bit of a border on the shortcrust pastry
- Sprinkle the sugar/almond/cedar mixture over the shortcrust pastry, alternating with the remaining noodles (always wet with liqueur)
- Spread the remaining butter in flakes over the pastry and bake about 50 min at 160 g
- Serve cold with powdered sugar
