Video recipes ingredients:

  • 300 g 00 flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 g powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 1 lemon
  • 180 g cold butter
  • 160 g granulated sugar
  • 150 g almonds
  • 130 g candied citron
  • Sassolino-type liqueur
  • 250 g fresh egg noodles
  • Icing sugar

Procedure:

  1. Prepare the shortcrust pastry by mixing powdered sugar, flour , half the butter, grated lemon peel, baking powder and the 2 eggs
  2. Chop the almonds and citron with the granulated sugar
  3. Roll out the shortcrust pastry and line a 20-cm mold
  4. Wet the noodles with the liqueur and create a bit of a border on the shortcrust pastry
  5. Sprinkle the sugar/almond/cedar mixture over the shortcrust pastry, alternating with the remaining noodles (always wet with liqueur)
  6. Spread the remaining butter in flakes over the pastry and bake about 50 min at 160 g
  7. Serve cold with powdered sugar
