Video recipes ingredients:

  • 250 g bigoli
  • 250 g cooked pumpkin
  • 2/3 porcini mushrooms
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • Rosemary
  • Salt
  • Garlic
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Procedure:

        1. Heat a tablespoon of oil and brown the garlic, add the pumpkin.
        2. Grate in the Parmesan cheese, which you will toss with a ladle of cooking water, not too hot.
        3. Drain the bigoli and pour into the pan with the pumpkin.
        4. Sauté the porcini mushrooms with a little garlic.
        5. Stir the pasta with a little cooking water, add the Parmesan cream and finish with the sliced porcini and chopped rosemary.
