Video recipes ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 4 shallots
- 4 garlic cloves
- shitake or champignon mushrooms
- 1 chinese cabbage (pak choi)
- 500 grams udon noodles
- sesame seeds
For the frying sauce:
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
Procedure:

- Mix the sauce ingredients together and stir-fry. Set aside.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the shallots and garlic and cook for a few minutes.
- Then add the mushrooms and pak choi, let them cook for a few minutes.
- Then add the udon noodles (cooked according to the instructions on the packet) and the stir-fry sauce and stir. Allow to cook for 1 minute without stirring to brown slightly on the bottom.
- Finish with the toasted sesame seeds.
