Video recipes ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 shallots
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • shitake or champignon mushrooms
  • 1 chinese cabbage (pak choi)
  • 500 grams udon noodles
  • sesame seeds

For the frying sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Procedure:

    1. Mix the sauce ingredients together and stir-fry. Set aside.
    2. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the shallots and garlic and cook for a few minutes.
    3. Then add the mushrooms and pak choi, let them cook for a few minutes.
    4. Then add the udon noodles (cooked according to the instructions on the packet) and the stir-fry sauce and stir. Allow to cook for 1 minute without stirring to brown slightly on the bottom.
    5. Finish with the toasted sesame seeds.
