Video recipes ingredients:

  • 1 roll of puff pastry
  • 100 g smoked ham
  • 75 g ricotta cheese
  • chives
  • 30 g parmesan cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • evo oil
  • poppy seeds
  • medium toothpicks

Procedure:

  1. Start by rolling out the puff pastry roll, season the ricotta cheese, with the chives, salt, pepper and evo oil, also add the grated parmesan cheese, spread the cheese all over the surface of the puff pastry, then lay the slices of cooked ham on top and cut into strips lengthwise.
  2. Now work the strips to create a tree shape, the base should be wider, then stop the whole thing with a wet wooden stick, hold some of the pastry to create little stars that you will just wet to make the seeds stick to them, the little stars should be threaded through the top of the little trees.
  3. Place in ventilated oven at 220 degrees for 15 minutes.
