Video recipes ingredients:

  • 1 l e ½ milk
  • 200 g maccheroncini
  • 50 g butter
  • 50 g 00 flour
  • 250 g cheddar cheese
  • Salt
  • Nutmeg to taste

Procedure:

  1. First make the béchamel sauce.
  2. Melt the butter and pour in the flour, stirring well.
  3. Pour in the hot milk, nutmeg and cook for a few minutes.
  4. A liquid béchamel will result.
  5. While it is still boiling pour in the grated cheddar and form a cream.
  6. In the meantime maccheroncini should be cooked in a liter of milk brought to a boil and salted.
  7. Season the pasta.
