Video recipes ingredients:

  • 75 g noodles
  • 250 g pork

  • 3 spring onions
  • 125 ml chicken broth

Procedure:

    1. Boil the noodles drain and set aside.
    2. Marinate the pork cut into thin strips for 15 minutes in a mixture of soy sauce, tomato sauce, the sugar, and cornstarch and half the fresh chili.
    3. Heat the oil in a wok and sauté the remaining chili and chopped spring onions, add the meat and sauté it well, then add the broth and noodles and let the broth dry out well and then serve.
