- Heat a tablespoon of oil and brown the garlic, add the pumpkin.
- Grate in the Parmesan cheese, which you will toss with a ladle of cooking water, not too hot.
- Drain the bigoli and pour into the pan with the pumpkin.
- Sauté the porcini mushrooms with a little garlic.
- Stir the pasta with a little cooking water, add the Parmesan cream and finish with the sliced porcini and chopped rosemary.
