Ingredients:

  • 250 g ravioli
  • 100 g red turnip
  • 100 g vegetable sour cream
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 lemon
  • evo oil, salt, pepper

Procedure:

    1. Boil plenty of salted water for cooking the ravioli, wilt the onion in a pan with oil, soy sauce, pepper and the juice of half a lemon, blend the red turnip and add it to the pan.
    2. Dedicate yourself to cooking the ravioli by draining them and tossing them in the pan and tossing them well with the sauce, serve decorating with sour cream.
