INGREDIENTS for 4 people:
- 400 g De Angelis udon noodles
- 50 ml soy sauce
- half zucchini
- half a carrot
- 200 g shrimp (crayfish tails)
- seed oil to taste
- 50 ml sake
- 50 ml soy sauce
- 1 shallot
PROCEDURE
Cut the zucchini and carrot into strips and sauté them for 3 to 4 minutes in the wok. If you prefer them crispier, do not cut them too thin.
Drizzle with sake and then with soy sauce. Add the shrimp and udon and stir-fry in the wok for about 5 minutes. Serve the noodles with shrimp and vegetables while they are still steaming. Itadakimasu!
