Video recipes ingredients:

  • 350 g cauliflower tagliatelle
  • 1 leek
  • 40 g butter
  • 60 g parmesan cheese
  • 1 monkfish tail
  • 16 shrimp tails
  • 50 g cream
  • Nutmeg
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Evo oil
  • Salvia
  • Bunch of sage and rosemary

Procedure:

    1. Bake the foil-wrapped monkfish in the oven with oil and a little salt and a bunch of herbs (about 20 min at 190° C).
    2. Stew leek in pan cut into rounds with a little salt and oil along with shrimp: remove shrimp as soon as they turn pink.
    3. Blend leek with cream, Parmesan cheese, a pinch of nutmeg, monkfish flesh and butter with mixer.
    4. Boil the pasta and toss with the prepared sauce, a grinding of pepper and complete the dish with the shrimp tails kept aside.
