Video recipes ingredients:

  • fig tortelli
  • 100 g fresh goat cheese
  • 4 tablespoons of milk
  • grated pecorino cheese
  • honey
  • thyme

Procedure:

    1. In a pan melt the goat cheese in the milk, cook the ravioli in plenty of salted water.
    2. Drain the ravioli and toss them in the pan with the goat cheese sauce.
    3. Sauté for a minute, add grated pecorino cheese, serve, and finally add honey and thyme.
