Video recipes ingredients:
- 350 g of maccheroncini
- 180 g bresaola
- 5 or 6 champignon mushrooms
- 100 g of robiola
- about 12 cherry tomatoes
- salt
- black pepper
- parmesan cheese
- evo oil
- chives
Procedure:
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and sauté them in a pan with a little oil; in the meantime, clean and slice the mushrooms and add them to the cherry tomatoes.
- Fillet the bresaola with a knife.
- Boil the pasta.
- Drain the pasta al dente and stir it into the pan with the tomatoes and mushrooms, add the bresaola, robiola and if necessary add a little cooking water to leave it creamy, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Complete with fresh chives and parmesan cheese.
