Video recipes ingredients:

  • 350 g of maccheroncini
  • 180 g bresaola
  • 5 or 6 champignon mushrooms
  • 100 g of robiola
  • about 12 cherry tomatoes
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • parmesan cheese
  • evo oil
  • chives

Procedure:

  1. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and sauté them in a pan with a little oil; in the meantime, clean and slice the mushrooms and add them to the cherry tomatoes.
  2. Fillet the bresaola with a knife.
  3. Boil the pasta.
  4. Drain the pasta al dente and stir it into the pan with the tomatoes and mushrooms, add the bresaola, robiola and if necessary add a little cooking water to leave it creamy, add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Complete with fresh chives and parmesan cheese.
