INGREDIENTS for 4 people:
  • 400 g De Angelis egg noodles
  • 200 g of Smoked Salmon
  • Half an Onion
  • One glass of cooking cream
  • Parsley to taste
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste
PROCEDURE Take a frying pan and sauté half a very finely chopped onion over low heat without burning it. Add 50 g smoked salmon and sauté it with the onion, while with the remaining salmon we create a cream by whipping the salmon with cream. Add the cream to the salmon from the pan and let it mix over low heat for a few minutes. Meanwhile, in a pot put plenty of water with salt and once the water boils submerge the noodles for 3 minutes. Move the noodles to the pan and mix well with the salmon cream, finally serve with a pinch of parsley as a garnish. A simple, quick and absolutely delicious dish!
